These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of crawl space repair and related services provided by Crawl Space Fixers (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Crawl Space Fixers provides residential and commercial crawl space and foundation repair services, including encapsulation, dehumidifier installation, sump pump systems, drainage solutions, vapor barriers, structural reinforcement, and moisture control.
Specific services may vary depending on property needs, site conditions, and project scope.

2. Service Areas

We proudly serve homeowners and businesses throughout Arkansas, including Little Rock, Conway, Greenbrier, Bryant, Cabot, and surrounding communities. As our company grows, additional service areas may be added and announced on our website.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Services are scheduled based on technician availability. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. Customers must provide accurate contact and property information to ensure proper scheduling and communication.

4. Estimates & Project Agreements

All estimates provided are based on current information at the time of inspection. Any additional work or materials required due to unforeseen issues (e.g., hidden damage, water intrusion, or structural instability) will be discussed and approved before proceeding. Written approval or electronic confirmation is required prior to the start of any project.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service completion or according to the terms outlined in your project agreement.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, checks, and approved digital payment systems.
Late or missed payments may delay service completion or result in additional administrative fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide clear and safe access to the crawl space and relevant areas.

Disclose any known hazards such as electrical issues, flooding, or structural instability.

Follow post-service care recommendations provided by Crawl Space Fixers (e.g., maintaining drainage systems, monitoring dehumidifiers).Crawl Space Fixers is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions outside the service area that affect performance.

7. Service Limitations & Warranty

While we use industry-leading materials and methods, results may vary depending on existing foundation conditions, soil composition, and maintenance after service. Our workmanship warranty covers defects related to installation or materials as specified in your service agreement. It does not cover damage caused by flooding, natural disasters, or lack of ongoing maintenance.

8. Liability

Crawl Space Fixers is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from service performance, customer negligence, or environmental conditions beyond our control (e.g., heavy rainfall or groundwater changes).
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services were not performed as agreed or if verified workmanship issues occur within the warranty period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
